Background Information Using the SPENVIS system
Menu bars

In order to provide quick access to all the features of the SPENVIS system, each page contains a navigation menu bar. There are two types of menu, for the model pages and help pages, respectively.

Menu bar on the model pages

The general look is as shown below:

Each menu bar option is a hyperlink to a feature of the SPENVIS system. The menu bar functions are described in the table below.

Item Function
Navigation facility for moving up one level in the SPENVIS page hierarchy.
SPENVIS Project:
Projectname
Indicates the name of the current project and provides access to the project management page.
Model package Title of the current package.
Model name Name of the current model.
Access a list of all the results produced for the active project.
Provides context-sensitive help on the current page.

Each menu bar option is a hyperlink to a feature of the SPENVIS Help System. The functionality of each menu bar entry is described in the table below.

Item Function
Table of Contents Accesses the table of contents of the SPENVIS Help System.
ECSS Accesses the relevant clause of the ECSS-E-10-04 document.
Model Page Return to the relevant model page.
Background Information Provides background information on the current model.
Level up Move up one level in the SPENVIS help page hierarchy.
Page title Label of the current page.
