  1. What is a project?
  2. SPENVIS Works with projects that collect all the inputs and the outputs of your runs. This allows you to perform your work in more than one session (your results are not lost when you leave the system). SPENVIS makes intensive use of defaults in order to decrease the time spent to fill in the forms and to reduce the model input. When the user changes these defaults, the new values become the defaults of the project and can be recovered at will, as well as the system defaults.

  3. How do I manage a project?
  4. The menu bar at the top of the SPENVIS pages provides links to project management pages. The management tasks are: create a new project, delete an old one, access a log file, display the list of all the outputs currently available, switch to another project, generate additional graphs and read the abstract you associated to the project at its creation time, if any. Please refer to these help pages for more information.

  5. In which formats are the output files?
  6. The output data files are simple ASCII files. They are listed on the output page for each model and can be downloaded by clicking on the descriptive link. The format of each file is available in the help page linked to the respective output pages.

  7. Which graphics formats are available?
  8. Please click here for a list of the available graphics formats.
